Food writing & recipe creation

Jenny is a glutton who has been writing about food for 20 years. She’s written restaurant reviews for a wide range of publications including multiple leading UK guidebooks, The Times and the national and regional press in Wales. Putting the experience of food into words is one of her greatest pleasures – almost up there with eating!

Jenny’s experience as a restaurant reviewer inspired her to complete a chef’s qualification, and this eventually led her into recipe creation. She now works with a wide range of food producers, providing PR, video content, promotional copy, recipes and more.
